BELONGING
Wellhub's Affinity Group Program fosters community and belonging among employees with shared identities, offering financial and organizational support, as well as access to decision-makers. It ensures clear communication channels between Affinity Groups and leadership to address concerns and promote a respectful and inclusive company culture, enhancing employee development and professional growth.
To reflect the new brand (Gympass is now Wellhub), the Brand Team was responsible for updating the old logos of existing groups as well as creating new ones for the groups that didn't have a visual representation yet.
